Andrea Anders
Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and raised within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she now lives in Los Angeles. Her graduation was in 1993 at DeForest Area High School in DeForest Wisconsin. Then in 1997 she earned her Bachelor of Arts at The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001 she received a master's degree in fine art at Rutgers University. Anders and Matt LeBlanc dated from 2006 until the year 2015. They met when they were making the sets for the now-cancelled sitcom Joey. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com), is her brother. Anders began her career in theatre in 2001. She was in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of the film's Elaine Robinson. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was staged at The Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as along with New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film productions. Anders was first seen as Jeannie in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. The role she played was Jeannie who was an accountant. Fat Pig closed on July 1st, 2007. One of Anders her first TV appearances was in the commercials for Dannon which ran in the 1990s and then again around the year 2006. Anders is most well-known for her role in the television series Joey (as lawyer Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) who was the ex-wife of a football player. She appeared in all episodes of both shows, however both were canceled. Anders appeared as an guest for One Life to Live. Law & Order. The Guiding Light. And Tru Calling. The actress was in five episodes on the HBO drama series Oz in 2003 as Donna Degenhart in 2003, as well as a brief appearance in the 2004 movie The Stepford Wives, playing Heather as Heather in the film, as well as in the 2008 movie Sex Drive as Brandy. Anders was also a guest on Numb3rs in the year 2008. Anders also appeared on two pilots for television that were unsuccessful. Spellbound And News To Me were the two pilots that failed on television. Then, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera comedy about work created by Victor Fresco for ABC.
