Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha first revealed to be transgender during high school. Those were difficult years however, Sasha knew with the support of his family and music she could take on anything. Jim and Sasha have been writing together for a while and, recently, formed an official duo. They've played at local open mics and other places. The Voice's coaches resisted talking about Sasha's past, however Jim shared his life tale in a video introduction prior to his performance. Sasha first started playing guitar aged six. The pair discussed their music tastes and told stories of how they first met. The fact that his father was a music instructor was a huge help for him to master the art. Sasha, born female, was unsure of his gender as a child. In an earlier post on Facebook, the 11-year old man shared his thoughts and opened up about his challenges. Jim was crying when he told the story of why he was unable to take part. Sasha Allen, The Voice contestant, was born as a girl. Sasha Allen turns 19 in 2021. Sasha began to transition from male when he first began high school. Sasha stated on Instagram, "I am the third transgender person to be featured on the show and I'm excited to have the opportunity to represent transgender individuals in such an extensive way."
