Erica Robinson announced the confirmation of her death on her social media pages where she published information regarding her death. The announcement was made on the 3rd of February. In the posting, Robinson declared her death saying that the 18-year-old had been shot, and she posted a picture of her daughter taken by her former father. The two appeared to be in a group wearing matching t-shirts. the police officials established the fact that Gatlin was shot at Barnes Street which is in Jackson and that the entire incident and accident happened at around 8:40 in Thursday evening.
