Azita Ghanizada
Azita Ghanizada is one of the Afghan American actress in the United States who has appeared in several television shows. Family members fled from Afghanistan and seeking for asylum in US. Her birthplace was in the US. She is a middle-sister of two sisters. She was raised within Northern Virginia. Ghanizada's on-air career began with a string of National Commercials. Ghanizada starred as Chiara in Laura Neri's production A Kiss on the Nose (2003). In recognition of her performance, she won during the Festival of Cannes for Best Actress. The actress was an actress in numerous television series, including How I Met Your Mother Veronica Mars Wedding Bells Num3RS Bones Psych & Castle. Most recently, she played an supporting role in the science fiction action film Blood Shot (2009) and the comedy series by independent filmmakers You Only Better (2009). Ghanizada was first seen in the General Hospital Prime-Time spinoff General Hospital. Season 2 of Night Shift featured Ghanizada portray Dr. Saira Bhatra, a physician who is a specialist in holistic medical practices. Ghanizada played Kelly who was an actress on Prada Sales Girl on HBO Entourage in 2009, and was also part of the TV pilot Tough Trade by Weeds creator Jenji Kohn and the executive producer T Bone Burnett.
